Okay, believe it or not, I am just getting back to the office from my 10:30 therapy appointment. I ran into my mother in law on the way there, and she was feeling badly and wanted me to have lunch with her. So after therapy, we had lunch and went for a walk. Between therapy and time with my mother in law, I feel so much better. But I have to say, PTSD sucks. It just does. So do attachment disorders. My T admitted he had seriously underestimated how badly I was doing in the last two weeks because I am so good at concealing my needs. Sigh.

Glad you had a decent day MKAC, you deserved one.

My T just sent back the most awesome reply to my text:

"I'm sure it will be okay but I know that may not be enough to convince you. I am sure that it will be scary as you continue to put your defenses down but I am convinced that it is the way to truely healing"

I responded: "Thank you. I really needed to hear you say it. I may seems thankless at times but you really are helping save my life and I'm always grateful for that. See you next week"

T said "I really look forward to seeing you. I think You are very courageous!"

I love my T right now.

My session is over and wow...it was very easy...I kept her talking about herself. I told her I'd taken a break and we both thought it was best not to get into anything heavy. I won't see her again until the 16th. I'll post about it as usual, but there isn't anything significant.

T sessions have all went pretty well today, is it el nino? Solar eclipse, Winds of change? LOL

Every time fall rolls around I get in the mood to watch that corney movie from years ago with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. "You Got Mail". It really is so ridiculously corney and sucky but something about this time of year makes me want to put it on. lol

Hi All,
I hope all the t sessions went well today. I also hope that no one minded me bringing kittens along when I pocket rode. We found four 5 week old kittens in the loft of the barn at work! So basically we spent most of the day playing with them and then trying to bottle feed them. Eventually they had to go to the humane society, but it was fun while they were there.

Also, the director was on vaca, so I put a kitten on his desk and took a photo. Gonna email it to him with the caption "We hired a temp while you were out."

Oh, that's why I kept sneezing!
