I just got home and am lying on my bed with both cats on top of me and fighting tears of tiredness and mental exhaustion. I'm ok, really, just so tired. And some of the things I said in T this morning are coming back to haunt me now.

I had an ok T session today...kind of tough but ok.

Currently on hour 3 of fighting with insurance company on phone. Well, truth be told, I would have to speak to a person to fight. grrrrr. lol

Good to hear your session went ok, but not so good that you are fighting red tape. I hope you'll get that resolved soon.

Whew! After all of that hassle I had to answer one question and that was that. Ugh. red tape. If I could have just spoken to the correct person at the beginning it would have saved a lot of time. Oh well. Done now

Hi everyone. My session went okay. I got everything out that I wanted to say. We started writing goals, talking about letting down the defenses, and spoke about attachment. It was a good session. Glad I went. Thank you pocket riders

I'm feeling like I wanna text T right now, tell her I am having a little post-therapy freak out and ask her if its still all okay after I said everything.

If she allows texting, go for it... I always send an after session email, to make sure we are OK....its normal for me. So I know what you are going through.

Its not being needy, you divulged a bunch and just need a little reassurance to save your sanity in between sessions. ((((TTGB)))), you deserve piece of mind. Now if you spam her for hours , that would be needy.... LOL
