geez, I cannot believe what a long day this is, either! So ready for it to be over and I still have a religious ed class to go to tonight with my son. I'm going to be supportive because we told them they had the right to choose their own religion, so even though this is not what I would have picked for him, I am supporting his decision to explore this option. Me being supportive does not mean that I am not saying little secret prayers in my heart for him to pick something different. I also am supposed to make dessert for the class as well. So, I need to go home soon and make the filling for the homemade oreos. I made the outsides last night.

I changed the recipe actually because the original one called for so much Crisco that it grossed me out. So I substituted cream cheese and I like it a lot better that way. They are really good. I totally want to take some to my T tomorrow. I'm guessing that would not be allowed. Here, I make awesome desserts; marry me!! LOL.

I concur...long freaking day. I actually want to go home and clean. There must be something about getting one section of the house done. Or my OCD has kicked in.
