hi peeps feeling better today thanks for all your suport and reality checks .this is a pic of the b-day present my hubby made me isn't it awsome.Teavana has new teas is it crazy that that made this day totally awsome and i'm out to get some

awww what a nice gift from hubby.
I think I will have to hang with stopdog, pbutton and APT in the alternate room. Looks much calmer and cozier to me. The colors look great but would be too stimulating for my anxious self. |

Wow granite!! I wish my hubby could build furniture like that!! It's BEAUTIFUL!! What a skill to have! The only thing my husband can build is underground tunnels- but, I do have to say, he's the best Geotechnical Engineer around!

Hi all.
Thought I would jump back onto the new couch. What has everyone been up to? I have four days off. I am supposed to be painting my bathroom right now, but I am kind of enjoying the happy feeling from my t session yesterday. I stopped fighting the attachment and sessions are going so much better now. I love my t, in a good t way.

Welcome back Sconnie! Missed you.
Morning sessions and lunch done. The crowds in the dining hall made my friend so anxious she had to take a Xanax. Then we got back to our room and I couldn't get the door to unlock. My anxiety shot thru the roof. This place is beautiful. I'll try to post some pics tonight after beach party, part 2.
