Around here fish fry is the standard Friday night out meal. Luckily I don't like fish enough to eat it more than once or twice a year.

I will have some! I love baked fish of any kind. And I need to reduce my fat a s s!! I gained 3 pounds overnight. I s h i t you knot!

Then again, 6 cinnamon rolls, 5 sodas, and two huge blueberry muffins will do that to you (that's how much of those things I've eaten in the last 2 days).

I'm also going to say "good night." I've taken my meds and sleepytime will probably hit me soon. I'm going to sip some hot green tea and watch the game (thought I'm torn, I like the Saints and the Chargers) and enjoy my candles.

Everyone have a wonderful evening, night, day...well, whatever it is wherever you are!

I was munching on some baby carrots dipped in this yummy bacon honey french salad dressing earlier. I never knew I liked baby carrots so much until I tried them with that dressing. Yum!!! That was dinner cuz I wasn't all that hungry. We find out what our schedules are going to be at work tomorrow, and I guess I have a lil bit of nervous tummy about that..... training's going to be over in just a couple days and we'll be working with clients! Excited but a little nervous too!

Finally wrote about my session in a super long post:
http://forums.psychcentral.com/showt...34#post2628334

******TRIGGER mention of si below....

After writing the post I realized I probably have to come clean with t about a few things like the si and the bad thoughts that have been popping into my head. I don't know why I suddenly feel like I must share this with her. I've always kept them as my own little secret because I am afraid she will force me onto meds if she knows. Can I just have t tomorrow and not a week from tomorrow?

Can you e-mail your T?? Maybe say you have something you would like to talk to her about soon rather than later and go from there?

I will probably be okay in the morning. I get this urge to see t RIGHT NOW after I process a session. Usually I write her letters in my journal and that gets me through.

No email. Which for me is probably a good thing. I know I would abuse it. The only way I can contact t is to call the office during regular hours. Otherwise I think I'd get re-routed to some sort of crisis line or something. I dunno. I've never called outside office hours.

I should mention I am feeling quite good at the moment. Writing the letter to my depression was very helpful. The stuff I need to tell t is more in a "hey this has been going on. It's not going on right now, but it did and it scared me." And then we can discuss it.

Well, if you are still feeling this way in the morning.. Don't hesitate to call your T!

Now, I am off to attempt round #2 of trying to go to bed. Good night all!

So, I have been playing a lot of song pop.. And doing a lot of the 90s alternative category.. Now, I can't stop listening to that music. I have been on you tube bringing up bands like Third Eye Blind, Semisoinc, sublime, Nirviana.. Oh the memories.

Now, I need to join the present time.. Time to get everybody ready to go apple picking!

Hi all -
I am so late for work, but just wanted to pop in and say hi!

Healed - I play that category a lot too. It's the only one I seem to do well in. Grew up on that music

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi, couchkateers. I was away all weekend. I would dearly love a day to recover, but it is not to be.

I have T this morning and then I see the pdoc for the first time this afternoon. I'd really rather just skip today. Anyone have an in with Superman, to convince him to fly around the world fast enough to jump forward a day?

I hope all is well with all of you.

Good how are you Granite? My head is spinning a bit as the partner started crying last night she misses the grands and I suggested we move and she is thinking about it. That would be a huge undertaking, wow.

Whats on your plate for today?

Dude - you don't have to fix her sadness. Just be there with her.
Thanks for this!
