hello people

I'll pocket ride, Lola.

only... is it OK if I don't sit in the same pocket as healed? Children tend to pull out my feathers.

Well, I finally made it to work. 12:15. That may be a new late record! Then again, I have little to do so might as well take advantage of it. I only have a meeting at 3:00 and to finish a letter once my boss gets in.

Boss in, letter done. Now just waiting for the meeting at 3:00. Working on therapy homework. Just finished taking notes on chapter 2 of the book. In those first 2 chapters, I've taken 8.5 pages of notes. Yes, it's that good!

oh, and would it be OK if I asked for post-T hugs without having to go into (at least right now) why I need them?

I Thought It Was Just Me (But It Isn't) by Brene Brown. 1000x better than the mother book. It's about shame; learning our shame triggers and how to fight against it.

I think I'm too late to pocket ride darn. Hope T goes well for everyone.
Mine was ok, kind of a quiet mellow session. I suspect it is because I am too drowsy from all the cold stuff I have been taking to say much of anything or get emotional at all so it was nice and calm.

T was wearing a blue shirt with white stripes creating checks. I just spent an inordinate amount of time looking for an example like it online and couldn't find it.

BILs photographs are coming through.

It seems W and BIL are indulging in the traditional holiday activities of eating in the cafeteria and standing in front of things.

Today they are driving 7.5 hours from Tucson to Roswell.
