You did good, granite. Try to let your mind relax a little from all that for a while now. T keeps your stuff safe for you.

Good Morning...
Apt....I like that you shop local, that's important. It's difficult here because everything is cheaper on line or at big chain stores. I try though.

One of the cool things about VT is, we drove all over central VT for hours and hours and did not pass one fast food restaurant. No DQ, BK, MD...etc. It was wild. I couldn't live there though...too far from the ocean.

lol. I was mad that the yankees (as always) came back to beat my beloved Orioles.

Yes, another Orioles fan! When I saw the first post I actually thought that they won, and that you were a NY fan. I couldn't stay awake for the game. My body forced me in bed after not sleeping the night before.

I am slightly embarrassed that I had to look up how many pounds 5-kg is. That must be a fun sight! My brother and sister-in-law have a cat that's about 16 pounds. Poor thing now is older and needs help to get on the couch to sit with them.

lol. At the time of my post, I was more upset at the Yankees for coming back. I am SOOO tired of them always being good. I am now equally disappointed in us for blowing the save and having no offense the last ten games.

Morning all-

Just a quick hi before I go to work.
Going to stop at the grocery on the way and see if they have naked juice - at Lola's suggestion. I doubt it. Our "healthy" section is pitiful.

Chopin - I get the phone thing. I HATE talking on the phone. My mother can go on 20 minutes without a break. Usually I just say "Could I say something." HAHAHA.

Hope you all have a good day. If I feel well enough I am going to hear Will Allen speak this morning. He runs this awesome urban farm in Milwaukee. http://www.growingpower.org/

And what does it mean to dress "fun"? Fun doesn't seem to be a concept applicable to clothing in my reality, other than statement tshirts and socks.
a camisole is like a silky tank top, with or without built in bra, that is usually worn under a shirt to not expose as much clevage due to the opening of the shirt, or jacket. Usually lacey at leas on the part that will show. ( some people call them cami's...although i have a problem with shortening certain words, it drives me crazy .... like pigs in a blanket, being called "pigs" uggg )
Dressing fun, is outside the box...take a risk, maybe bold colors...goofy sox's, retro shoes...
Thanks for this!

Granite...drop that egg mcmuffin and eat an apple with some peanut butter.

I like dressing fun. Retro is my specialty, and vintage is in. I found some 1970's Levi's in my style over the weekend. They are going to look great with my 1960's converse and vintage Groovy Goolies T-shirt. I am queen of the camisole/tank. I layer everything. Bra, tank or cami, v-neck...that's my style. No button downs...funky and colorful cotton is best.

Hmm. How is that different from a chemise? Or is it a different word for the same thing?

We don't use that word. It looks like the same thing. Here a Camisole would usually have a lacy edging around the cleavage area and skinny straps, and a tank would be straight seems (usually cotton or spandex) and wider straps.
