My DBT group! I really like the leader and the other group members.

My friends/relatives I was with today. We had such a great time!

My friend and her daughter for the special trip they made!

My adorable grandson who was so very cute today!

Hearing aids so he is learning to talk.

That I was able to have a T session this week even though we had to meet at an alternate location due to power outages and damage in our area

Having an amazing friend who has welcomed me into her home while I am without power
Hugs from:

family
discovering new songs on Pandora
watching classic episodes of sesame street
Jim Henson and the silliness and fun he brought to world
arriving home safely
my home
plenty of food to eat
continuing on my journey to heal
that i can see the blessings in my life

they are today's ephemeral weather,
like rainbows in the sky.
