Hi Granit,
So glad you're back! Maybe you just need to give yourself some time to figure out what it is you want to do. I do think an expressive arts t would be good, since it's not about talking! But it's really up to you of course! Again so good to hear from you!

I would love to have an art therapist, though the idea creeps me out in a way that "regular" therapy doesn't for some strange reason. I guess it's because my artwork is so personal, and I can't imagine letting someone get that close to me. But if I ever want to connect with people in a genuine, sustainable way, I need to break down this wall.
So if you do hook up with an art therapist, please report back to us! I'd like to know more about it. |
