Well, I finally got in to see my pdoc today. I completely broke down right in front of her. She was good about what all I was going through for the most part.

Unfortunately, she wouldn't give me anything to help reduce the severe anxiety or panic attacks! I don't know if I should buy some off the streets or what! I don't know what I can do!

I am sorry you are battling with this Lexi. What was her reason for not giving you anything?

(((((((((((Lexi)))))))))))) I am so sorry you are having such a hard time. Did she give you a reason she won't give you any meds?

grrrr ((((lexi)))) well, try herbs first.... passion flower, valerian root... they have calming effects... as do many of the herbal teas... without caffeine?

I'm also curious as to why she said no. Appt. with pdoc

It was like she didn't even bother to think about it at all. I'm gonna try some herbals first, though...I'll look into it for sure.

Thanks for the idea Sky.
