Thanks wikid (and Sila and mue ) It did not go badly. I'm struggling a lot with putting things into words at the moment, when I'm in T. And it scares me that T seems to understand me so well (how's that for contradictory messages?)

I'm glad you're going to see her. And I don't think the txt was stupid (though to be honest I would probably have felt like you do if I'd been the one sending it.)

Sila, I do that as well. My t has me use a worry journal that is kept separate from my other journal and stored high up on a shelf. I should have used it last night, but one rule she gave was to not use it right before bed. And I got home really late. When I do use it, I find it incredibly helpful.

Thanks everyone for pocket riding today. Sorry I've been so needy lately. I can't wait for this all to be over.

Aaron Rodgers (hot football quarterback for the Packers for the non-football folks here) is a spokesperson for the hospital system I am going to today. Do you think I could get him to do my ultrasound? 4 hours to go... I don't think I will accomplish much at work this morning, but it's better than sitting at home.

I agree Yum. Except at this last game where he (and the rest of the team) and those awful mustaches. I know they were for a good cause, but they looked like a porn-stache right out of the 1970s. Only one man can pull off a stache like that - Tom Selleck.
