Anyone ever read The Elegance of the Hedgehog? I just read a short Kindle sample of it and am not quite sure....kind of intrigued but not totally sure.

I did. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't call it a great book. The ending is extremely unsatisfying... but I enjoyed just going along with it and taking in the prose. There's a very funny bit in there about psychoanalysis, actually .

something about ground up mystery meat coated with some gelatinous goo and stuffed and kept in a can for a year is no longer appetizing to me

i just realized i have done nothing all day except watch netfix and hang on the couch with you all i didnt even get dressed. thanks for you all making an otherwise miserable day completely bearable and might i say fun.i love you guys

OK, Lola...spill it....what other weird things have you eaten?

And nope, no spam for me. I became a vegetarian when I was around 14, so my experience with meat has been quite limited....

I waited too long to eat today and my sugar just crashed....just in time for dinner. Hate when that happens.....I'm eating some asparagus and pasta at the moment. YUM! Hope it kicks in soon...I hate feeling that shakes, sweats, gonna pass out feeling...

my hubby is home asking how i am so i better go spend some time with him so he can see i am ok .i kind of worried him thismorning.the first thing he asked was to srr my arm to see that i left it alone
