Incidentally, what are the rules about posting naked?
It was my iPad. It didn't get wet. The water was purple between the dye and my shower gel. And I'm not posting naked! But I will post the results:

Morning all. I hate sleeping badly when I have T in the morning. Makes my thoughts go hide at the back of my brain so I get all stupid in front of T.

Sila - I see you.

Sila...I see you too, darlin'.

Apt...I have a feeling I'm going to be the same way in about 15 hours. I'm up late, have to get up early and take my poodle to the vet, then work, then T. From what you write and what I know of you, I cannot imagine you seeming dumb. You are a very articulate and intelligent woman.

I realized something today. I was with my clients and staff all day and I exuded authority. I was confident. I looked people in the eye and told several staff my philosophy on management. Even though I relayed the "weight gain" story, that was the worst thing that happened today. And I really don't care what my employee thinks.

It hit me earlier. I really am a different person. I can hold my head high.

I need to go to sleep now. Good night everyone (and good morning Apt)!!

I'm pale and pasty and I could never pull off that colour. You totally can! I wish I was bold enough to totally change colour. Too bad I wouldn't suit bright red...

Have a good night again!

That's really horrible when it happens frequently. Makes me feel really low after a while. So it's not just you! I've always been someone who blends in. People ignore me, people forget me, even my good friends (who always felt so guilty).

...Survived the night without going to the ER. Not sure if that's an accomplishment or not....LOL.

...Hoping today will be a turning point with this migraine....It's been raining, which is almost always a trigger for my worst migraines....but today it should be clearing up. Trying to hold on.....

MUE...ouch! Still sounds awful to me

My physical health is fine, it's just my horse who isn't. He's still hobbling around, barely. He almost can't move. It's horrible when it goes on for days on end. He doesn't cope well without company and although he can see the other horses, he want's to be with them. He's made himself sick enough that he's needed the vet in the past just because he's been separated from the herd. Right now if I give him pain relief, he feels better, frets even more about being alone, and hurts more the next day. I don't give him any and he almost can't take a single step, and I worry he can barely take the few steps to get to his water.

(((sila))) I totally see you.

Morning...I actually have better food this morning. A mashed banana, really weak coffee, and cream of wheat.

The dietitian said she might rustle me up an avocado for lunch...yum.

((granite)) you did nothing wrong. nothing.

MUE...you've been dealing with this for years, so I am sure you've tried everything. I mean no disrespect at all...but I wouldn't be me if I didn't say this. Some things that have been found to be helpful for migraine sufferers are niacin, coenzyme q10, chelate forms of calcium and magnesium. Also, I know you mentioned hypoglycemia being a trigger, but I read about studies showing low protein levels caused them too. Since your vegetarian, that might be something you could keep an eye on. Call your doc, see if you can get some better pain relief. Please don't suffer!!

How ironic is it that the person with cancer gives out nutrition advice?

yea, that'd be fine. But if you have time to brush your teeth, you have time to eat some oatmeal.
