Anyhoodle. I don't know if it's because there is a huge stormline coming my way or what, but my emotions are all over the place.

I can't seem to wrangle myself to a comfortable place.

ETA: It could be because I am out of cool whip.

I feel ya Elliemay. I'm sort of in the same boat right now. I have stopped pacing for a while but can't seem to figure out how I am feeling or what I need/want to do. grrrr hate feeling this way.

Just to get this out of the way:

Did couth even ever exist on the couch? ha! I had a really good session with t today. We did more dream work, and after that she goes "I love your dreams. They just lay it right out there, don't they?" I'm like well maybe to you.... this one sure didn't for me! LOL

The most interesting thing about my session today though was before I had even said very much, t said something like "You're different somehow, Artemis, it's like you sound deeper, you sound more embodied." That was cool to have her notice even over the phone, because I really have been lately, living 'in my body' instead of just all up in my head. That's how well she knows me, that she could hear it over the phone. It was a really good session again today, I am so thankful for my t.

I found a pencil drawing book that teaches you how, like I was looking for. Wanted to share my first sketch. I showed it to t and she was totally amazed, which of course really doesn't say much other than she has seen my sketches before this little bit of instruction and how bad they were. haha. I have all of this creativity in me that is demanding outlet, I've been writing, crocheting, cooking and now sketching:

Artemis - that is cool. I am not really much into drawing or art, but I write and cook.

The couch was on probation for awhile.

I stuck with art in school so I could go on to do photography (I was never very good at art) but I didn't do any of my work in school and ended up leaving before photography was an option. Whoops. All that bad art for nothing.
