I traded PM's with Sila last week. She said she was OK.

I miss having a job where I could hang out on the couch all day. First day went well, thank for the well wished. They accepted a photocopy of my SS card my old employer faxed to me.

I wonder if a single member of the academic staff at my university (who has actually taught me) will get back to me if I do that. Probably not, but I have a very limited time left for someone to fill out a short reference form. I need T to come back so I have someone to complain to. I'm not sure how to fix the situation.

First appointment of my new two a week appointment with T starts tomorrow..

I am really starting to feel like I don't need them.. Considering cancelling.

Healed, I'd be the same. If it happened to me, I'd consider it some kind of crazy defense mechanism that kicked in. I think it's important to still go while everything has been so rough. At least, I'd give it a go once at the very least and maybe for three weeks before I made up my mind about whether it's helpful or not.

Ike, I'm glad you survived your first day. I haven't had a new job in 14 years (been in same company in different groups)and I can't imagine starting a new job... So to me....its quite an accomplishment...

Healed try 2 a weeks for a little while. I did and the only advice I have is to be aware of your limits. It was very intense for me and it got to be too much and I should have slowed down and went back to 1 time a week. It can be a good thing just more intense.

Ike....now I"m listening to alot of Alison's stuff on you tube...I absolutely love her voice...

Looks like the couch was busy today.
I've been on the emotion roller coaster all day. T and I will have much to discuss... I could probably use a three hour session. And seeing it's not for another week... I have no worries about filling up my time.

Eating creamy spinach dip, drinking pink Mascato, and watching The Bachelor.. Life is good (right now)/

I had sauteed mushrooms over pasta for dinner, listening to Neil Young Live at Massey Hall and finishing up the Knob Creek. All in all, a pretty good day. Please remember my daughter tomorrow on her first day at a new school. Thanks.

Just beautiful, Ike. I think the first I ever heard her was Phish's "If I Could". One of those voices that once you hear it, you just have to know who it is and listen to more.

Hey Ike, how old is your daughter? what grade? I'll be thinking about her tomorrow.

She's 15, in 9th grade, sort of a difficult age.

Ike- it must be hard for your daugther to start a new school in the middle of the year.. I will be thinking of her. I hope she finds a place where she fits right in.
