Cancelled session with T for Thursday because I'm feeling really low and worthless. Now thinking of taking the entire month off. Feeling like a burden and don't wanna seem like a drama queen
 Hope everyone else's session goes well though!! |

7 days. She is having a holiday the week after next, so next week we are having 2 sessions instead of just 1.

2 more days....I have *very* mixed feelings about it this week /: I just need to go, but we're getting closer and closer to deeper issues and as much as I wanna go there and get better already....ugh.

Today and tomorrow. No more sessions for four weeks due to his vacation. I can't predict how I will feel which is annoying. I hope I stay stabilized. I hope I dont have emotions flying all over the place. I hope things go well.

Even though, I see her tomorrow. I asked her to hold me on Friday. Her response: "I am sure I can manage this. Can we discuss time tomorrow? I'm waiting to hear from a couple of people to confirm times with them, so I'm not sure at the moment exactly when I have availability." Yea! I responded I love you. She responded: "Love you too. Hope you are having a good day."
