I haven't the foggiest idea. I last saw T in early June, and then all heck broke loose with my husband's health. His latest paycheck was a whopping $18 once insurance, taxes, etc. were taken out. Needless to say, therapy is not in the budget quite yet. I'm hoping to maybe get one session in August if I'm lucky. In September our flexible medical spending account refills, so we should get back on target then. I've actually done quite well through all these crises without my sessions, but it would be nicer with them just to have that place to vent.

3 weeks and 5 days for a personality assessment.

T didn't want to waste time in formalities as I sounded very convincing through the phone, I suppose. Or is the test a formality in itself? It's going to be my first time with a psychologist in almost a decade...

Tuesday. And I'm probably going to ask her if I can see her Thurs/Fri if there are any openings because I'm a bit of a wreck right now, and by Thurs/Friday I'm gonna be a hot mess since my family is leaving on Sunday...plus things at work have been insanely stressful so...
