H84, 4 miles is good. Keep at it. I recently took 3 weeks off swimming and could barely do 10 laps on Monday. It is amazing how much we regress with time off.

I am feeling terribly guilty about spending so much money on therapy these days. 2x a week for me, and add marriage couseling on top of that. I think that I need cut back on my sessions with my own T.

Yeah, I know, month end sucks. so does month beginning and month middle. There is just more work at the end. I am sorta in accounting(credit). My world now is mechanic liens and bond rights, preliminary notices and all that.

(careful Ike, you'll get us removed. )

er... I don't wear heels myself any more, not since the time I hit a spot of water on the lunchroom floor and did a flying genuflection with a full tray of food and hot coffee. Yikes!!
Would T encourage me to have courage and buy some new ones do you think?
Thanks for this!

Belgians come in a few varieties. They're a very athletic type of shepherd.

My giant boy weighs quite a bit more than I do too. He's a big softie though...and he loves everybody. It's quite nice that all sorts of people seem to like him equally. My last dog attracted kids and parents with young children (but he didn't actually like strangers). Because my current dog is huge, tough looking guys like him. Little kids like him because he's so big and hairy. Teenagers like him. Basically he's gown up getting attention from everyone and he's convinced that he's the best thing ever. T thinks he's good for me.

If any further evidence were needed that T has got me in turmoil...

I usually check my bank balance every day. The last three days I forgot.

What I like about my particular herding breed (medium to large dogs) is they are a lot like cats. Independent. Not super concerned about pleasing me as such (but I am amazingly easy for them to train), and not as obsessed with work as some (aussies, border collies etc). And without a good reason, they are not going to do just anything a human wants. When I took my dogs herding, they would bring me sheep about three times and then they were done and wanted something new to do. So I paid the sheep person to let me bring my dogs to her so they could do farm chores - which they loved. They would do several different things with sheep and ducks. Clearly I have a screw loose to give someone money to let my dogs do their farm chores. But it made the dogs so happy.

The problem I have with giant breeds, aside from the great gobs of slobber, is their short average life span.
