I have a harvest pumpkin stew recipe I like. You cut the top off the pumpkin like for a jack-o-lantern and clean out the seeds and strings. Fill it with a pretty basic tomato, onion, tomatillo and hominy stew and bake it until the pumpkin is cooked. I recommend putting it in a 9X13 baking pan because the bottom sometimes gets really cooked and leaked a bit. While you are ladling out the stew, scrap some of the cooked pumpkin out with the stew. I top it with a salsa of cucumber, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno and roasted poblano pepper.

I'll have to look up tomatillo and hominy stew. See if we have the ingredients on the arse end of the world. But sounds yummy.

I'm feeling a bit more cheerful as my life outside therapy gathers pace.

My wife does that. It has been very good for her visual-spatial skills and processing skills.

Texas has illegals. It's up to you to decide if that's a problem.

There are twenty million illegals in the US. They don't blow up buildings in Oklahoma City or crash planes into the Pentagon.

Oops. Sorry. Me rooting for the outsiders again. Xenophobes go home!

I'm not saying it is a problem. I'm not from the US I was just wondering if they perceive it as a problem, I believe everyone has the right to freedom, but not to fly planes into public buildings or blow up innocent people.

It really depends on who you ask as to whether it's a problem or not. I grew up thinking America was a great melting pot, so I don't think so.

Others will disagree.
