Actually a lot of it was in the film rolling room. No chemicals, but there's got to be a dirty "film rolling" joke in there somewhere.

so i am going to a scrap booking retreat this weekend from tomorrow morning to Sunday afternoon. i am going to come home at night instead of sleep over because i think i will need the break from people. kind of nervous but the person running the thing kind of knows my issues and has told me she has put me at a table with some good people. it should be a good time .i am confident with my crafting so I'm not so shut down when people try to talk to me . the person running it told me i will be able to come and go as i need. i am overwhelmed with trying to figure out what to pack and bring with me .but i think it will be great fun... and bunches of T points

good morning all! I was out of town for a few days and I'm hopelessly behind on the couch. I don't think I shall be able to catch up. ah well! I have a mini-session with t in about 20 minutes, I'm not really sure why I asked for it this week, I don't feel like I need it. I'll make good use of it though. I'm thinking about applying for a training assistant program that we have at work, it's something in addition to our actual job, I would be occasionally assisting with training classes if I get accepted into the program. I talked to my supervisor about it yesterday and she was very excited for me at the prospect. She's going to write me one of the letters of recommendation that I need. I've never liked speaking in front of a group before but somethign has changed inside me, I don't find the thought terrifying anymore, I find it exciting to think about doing.

Hugs to all yes you too SD (teehee) and I'll be dropping by the couch after work tonite as well. Off to prepare for t. Have a great day couchies!

thanks granite! i reacted the same way as recently as about 6 months ago, i would have done anything to get out of it, but now I am looking forward to the opportunity. I just can't say enough good things about therapy - it's been such an incredible journey so far. I 'm so glad I didn't quit when I thought I wanted to.

BREATHE it will be fun lol

Granite....this sounds exciting... do you know what your are going to scrap book? I did some a long time ago and I remember the person saying that if you break the pages up into groups it makes it easier... like I did some vacation pages or school days pages at a time... since then I knew I'd need mostly certain colors, stickers, embellishments, etc..

Also, at all the ones I've been to.. usually the other attenders will let you use some of their equipment if you need to...

I'm proud of you. It sounds like fun... I don't know if you have a laptop or tablet or phone for PC but you could always go out in the hall and post on PC if you need to

I can't believe I missed the Waltons bedtime call out (another favorite show) last night...

Also you guys were adventurous in high school... I know I said I was Brian with a side of the twisted ness of Allison and the sarcasm of Bender but my morals were all Claire... I was a good girl (mostly because no guy could scale the fortress that I built)..
