In some of my posts, I have talked about how amazing my T is. And how much he has helped me. Well, he told me that his wife is pregnant, I am so happy for him, I guess they have been trying for awhile. And then he tells me that he is moving out of state to be closer to his wifes parents.
![]() ![]() ![]() So I have 2 choices, 1) get a new T. Or 2) stop therapy all together. I dont know what I want to do. ![]()

awwww hang in there! There are others who can help you that you may also form a great relationship with. Sorry for the loss of your old T though.

I vote for option A.
About being idealistic/overexaggerating... I think that a lot of us feel that way when we have a T that we like. It didn't quite happen that way with me and my first T (I decided to move, not him), but I also thought I would have a really hard time finding a new T that would be even half as good as he was. However, I now have a T who is totally amazing and one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I can't compare and say one is better than the other, but I do feel that my old T was perfect for me at that time of my life, and that my new T is perfect for me at this time in my life. Find a new one - you'll thank yourself. You've been through a lot and stopping therapy altogether, especially at your age, would deprive you of some adult support that I personally wish I had back then. Hang in there! LMo
