Hmm, there might be something to that. One of the major problems that I have with my mother is many years ago when my brother told them he found out I was in a relationship with a woman, is that my mother sent me this horrid hate letter (I was in college at the time and living away from home) and she used nothing but periods for punctuation so it just felt so hateful, so awful, especially the close of the letter etched in my memory forever "Lots of luck. You're really going to need it. Love, Mom."

I still want to go "Love, Mom"?!?!?!!?!!! as in, wtf? and this letter was written more than 30 years ago.

gee, it looks like I need to talk to T about that letter again eh?

Who would have guessed that I'm sane?!?!? (sorry SD)
According to Wiki criteria I am not crazy. Go figure....although now I feel a bit alone on the couch....does talking to my cats make me crazy?

and now only about 10 minutes til I call T and I have decided to simply start the conversation with "T I am afraid I am going to try to fight with you today so instead of me talking how's about you tell me a story instead". This ain't her first rodeo so I bet if I did that she'd start telling a story about a client who needs to talk to her t. ha.

Murray, you are falling into the overpunctuated syndrome. You've used too many periods. Also, using exclamation points and question marks in the same sentence makes you rather severe. I am sorry to tell you this, but you are certifiable.

I fed little baby bunnies today! (that deserved the ! because I am exclaiming it since I am excited) They were not more than 4 inches in length. The tiniest one isn't expected to make it, so there was talk of euthanasia. I was all over that little one, begging it to eat. Except I was begging in my head, because the bunny icu has to remain silent.

I just watched the saddest video on youtube of a dog mourning the loss of her friend who was a beaver (Bella mourns Beavis). How can anyone believe that animals don't have feelings?

Haven't been writing much or should I say haven't left posts up much lately.

I'm very seriously thinking about stopping going to T. Not quitting just ending. I have my appointment tomorrow night and I think I will tell her about it half way through session.

Its not about which T its about me....

Wow that has to rank right up there in the top 5 of my therapy sessions. My t is amazing. I started off by telling her straight up that I have been feeling like I want to pick a fight with her. And so we looked at that a little bit and then we talked about the active imagination I did a couple nights ago about the sand tray (the sand tray I shared a pic of with you guys) and related it all back to my recent visit with my FOO and childhood crap that that brought up and negative father complexes and making those complexes smaller by recognizing them for what they are and and and.... dang... I'll say it again that woman is GOOD at what she does. Needless to say I do not want to fight with her anymore. Yet another time when I did not feel like talking or wanting to have a session and it ends up being such a good one. How the heck do they DO that?!

We didn't talk about my overactive punctuation. That's for a future session.
Thanks for this!

Never got a chance to logon yesterday and have too much to catch up on between the old couch and the new one, so I will just jump back in here.

T went well yesterday. Talked through many things that had me worried or uneasy. I feel better about them now.

Bus driver chewed me out on the bus in the afternoon for not telling him there would be a sub in the morning and that it would be Ms. R. I used to tell him in the past, but everytime I did, he'd complain that he was going to have Ms. R on his bus and yell that I needed to find someone else to ride. She is the only one who can ride as a sub, so I really have no choice. I didn't feel like hearing him ***** again, so I didn't tell him and let it be a surprise. He just *****ed at me in the afternoon instead. Ahole.

Went to fill my prescription yesterday and saw the drug store had graduation stuff on same. They had cute beanie babies (dog wearing a graduation cap with "Congrats" on it) on sale for $2.34 each. Regular price was $5.99. They had 3 left, so I bought them for the 3 graduating 8th graders. They are all boys, but they are special needs, so they still like things like stuffed animals. I'm too nice.

Well, hopefully I won't fall behind the couch again anytime soon.

Need to go try to find things to do other than sit online.

Have a good night everyone.

Hey, squirrel! Glad that your T session went well.

I can totally understand not wanting to hear the bus driver complaining. I wonder what he'd say if you told him directly that the reason you didn't say anything was because you didn't want to put up with listening to him run his mouth - AGAIN.

Looks like you got a good deal on the beanie babies! That's so sweet of you!

Getting nervous about a phone call I need to make in about a half hour. Kid/school/project/money/drama issues with a kid's dad who is known to be a real a-hole. Time to face the music and be assertive. I CAN DO THIS. (I don't feel it, but hopefully if I say it to myself enough times, it'll sink in before I make the call.)

The vertigo is getting better. Didn't take any medicine today. A little light headed but not unbearable. The antibiotic drops seem to be working on the ear infection. Thanks for asking.

Just weighing cost benefit and my ability to be authentic in t.

Wow...getting this down to a science.
Curious. I'm sure that you could also find evidence that atheism, heterosexuality and being American also make you crazy.

The one thing that everyone here has in common is that we are all human. That's what makes us crazy.
