Thought of something else I'd love to hear from my T...
I'll sit with you anytime you need me. You don't even have to talk if you don't want to. No questions asked. Sometimes just his presence, is enough to ground me.

Buttercup, that has happened to me before with a previous therapist. It helped that we were both female and I was going through such a rough time that I was crying.
I would like my therapist to say (now that I'm fairly stable): You're doing a great job. Keep up the good work. |

I also just wish that my t would tell me the truth about why she is terminating... if it was her own transferance issues, or what.

The nurse practitioner is wrong. You are not anywhere near the bipolar spectrum.
Or Yes, she is right. You ARE bipolar and here is how we can treat it. I loved reading your email. You're right, there is IS love in therapy. |
