It could be the electric company to do a meter reading for all I know....but he usually just does a quick knock and leaves before I get to the door...and I can tell by what he's wearing when it's them. This guy doesn't look like he's from the electric company.

He's not at my door anymore, but I didn't see where he went. He wasn't in a car. I really should just calm down. There's no law against people knocking on your doors (although solicitation is not permitted in my town).

I think all this trauma stuff has made me super paranoid about everything. This is ridiculous.

Not in English... Nor in French, it would seem. Apparently there's a Bollywood film called Shaque, so it might mean something in Hindi. But I'd use it anyway. Or Chez d'amour, like hankster suggested. That'd work.

Ugh, Mastodon...I totally know what you mean. I did the same thing the other day in T. Said something that I can't ever take back....and I hate how I feel as a result of that. It's difficult to admit things even to ourselves - and when we share them, we can't ever really take it back. It's no longer something we can deny because it's 'out there'.
