Woah. Really dark and stormy here. Perfect time to clean, I'd imagine...but I keep getting overwhelmed so easily. Focus! FOCUS!!!

No...but you know SNL, and that makes up for it.

So, I went to the closet to get my sweatshirt to walk to the Starbucks, and behold, before me was a great black portfolio bag. "Oh, THERE you are!" You all solve my greatest problems, did you know that?

Well, I don't know most of the things you guys are all familiar with, and should be ashamed to assume that everyone knows the things I do!

Gilbert & Sullivan were a couple of British operetta writers at the end of the 19th century. One of their operettas is called H.M.S. Pinafore and there's a song there which is a dialogue between the captain and the crew of the ship, and which includes the lines:

Crew: What, never?
Cap: No, never!
Crew: What, never....?
Cap: Well... hardly ever!

I've already done a smooth layer of brown...now to wait for it to dry. Then I'll do a crackle coat...then my words, and our home will officially be a B52's song.

I don't know G&S either....but I don't know a lot of things cuz I live under a rock. That's what I get for not having television in my house. LOL.

I know, I know - back to cleaning. I keep doing 15-20 minutes of cleaning and then taking a break for a few minutes. That seems to be helping....

So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so tired. I don't think Lexapro and I are going to have a very long relationship. I'm either at total panic or asleep. Not much in between space.

I dated a Very Modern Major General in HS.

Let's see, pbutton. When I dated "Lex", it gave me headaches and sleepiness for several weeks. It took a couple of months before my body adjusted. It did eventually help with the anxiety but I had to get up to 20mg a day.

I found a website called ufyh - uneff your habitat! - that advocates doing 20/10's - 20 minutes of work. It also has hints for those living with chronic illnesses.
Thanks for this!

I advocate for 10/30's. lol. ten minutes of work, thirty on the couch. We should make that our slogan:

Welcome to the couch, A 10/30 group.

Now I need to decide how to word it. The one I saw was on sale for $200, and it said LOVE SHACK. However, in the original B-52's video, the sign was "Shaque D'amour"
so, which shall I do?
