next monday for group and next wednesday individually. It feels good to only have 12 days between individual sessions instead of four weeks! And T would have seen me on the same day as group, but insurnace won't cover it, I can't have two sessions on the same day.... go figure!

Yeah I would hate to have 4 weeks between sessions, although I will have to see if my new Therapist will be taking any vacation time this summer.

yeah, I hated it too, but sseeing her more often didn't make any sense. No matter what I tried to talk about within 10 minutes we were back to: This is all linked to your CSA, and we can0t address that as long as you live where it happenned. You need to be in a safe environment before we can work on this, and until then there's no way you can get aqny better. You've improved a lot, but now you have to take the next step before you can improve more.....etc

I've heard that speech so many times I know it by heart. Now that I'm taking measure to get out of here, we can discuss these and thus having more sessions makes sense. Especially considering the anxiety this is provoking.
Thanks for this!

Friday is it normal to feel excited, anxious, nervous, sick, scared, tired and confused about therapy all at once? Because I definitely do.
Thanks for this!
