I see her every where I go. I see her when I'm walking, talking, driving, typing, dreaming or daydreaming. She's in my head where I get to see her all the time.
  But I see her for real on Wednesday and again the next Monday.

Tuesday evening. I emailed my therapist about an agonizing phobia and we're going to start working on it. I haven't slept well since emailing him and I'm downright terrified.

Thursday evening...right after she will be leaving for a weeks vacation to Sweeden. This is the first vacation that she is leaving her laptop at home...I would never email unless a true emergency during a vacation but just knowing she won't have it seems scary

Got a session in a couple of hours and just woke up from a ****** dream of T letting all sorts of people tromp through the therapy room, and when I complained he just shrugged and ignored me.
Reflects pretty accurately what's actually going on at the moment in therapy. Not looking forward to today at all, it's becoming totally pointless even thinking about talking to T about the things he's doing that are making me feel so angry and upset.

Tonight. I was dreading it because my T hadn't responded to a journal I sent and I was feeling so stupid. Turns out he did respond yesterday and somehow I missed it. Feeling a little better
