Mast I hope you found a way to get past your con's and let the pro's outweight your night at the party.

I am going to clean my apartment, I need to ... I just hate it.... I hate cleaning... I wonder why I hate it so much? I need to look at this from another perspective as in from another place while someone else is cleaning my apartment.
Thanks for this!

Good idea Lola.

Just ran all my errands and its only 1:00. Now I need to finish cleaning. Got gas, bought some food for the week. I'm broke.

Just watched "The Impossible", based on a true story about a family affected by the tsunami in '04. Good movie, but hard to watch.

Made the broccoli/cheese turnovers.....and then used the rest of the broccoli to make a broccoli cheese soup. I can't say I don't have anything to eat now that I have a pot of soup prepared, the turnovers and a batch of fresh salsa. Yum.

D and I went to the Greek festival downtown. Gyro's and baklava sundaes. Yum. I put the Cheerwine braised short ribs in the oven about an hour ago.

I got up early on my one Sunday a fortnight when I CAN actually sleep in(as son is at his dads so doesnt wake me at ungodly O'clock)....to watch the Americas Cup. And wouldnt you know it, it has been delayed...... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. No chance of going back to sleep now!!!!!!!

I also got woken up around 3 am by the loudest scariest brightest lightening/thunder rain storm. Not good for someone who is jumpy anyway from a touch a of c-ptsd that is playing up!! Was totally heart racingly freaked out for quite a while.

Yaaaaaaaaawn........its 9.12am.......and I need another bucket of coffee.

Cleaning your apartment is a way of looking after yourself.
And it's not like you're cleaning up after someone else.

I'm at a scrapbooking thing. I guess I really angered the person who organizes these things and it is so hurtful to listen to them all talk about the stuff they are doing and I'm not included. I want to leave but that might cause more issues. I'm kind of hiding in the back room here and typing this. It just hurts

How are you not included? Like they talk about the things they do together that you are not invited to? What if you tried joining in with something similar when you can?

Yeah theoretically that should work. But when people are really mad at you, they just get up and walk away. They don't have to hang out with you if they don't want to. And you can only put yourself out there so many times before you start to feel like a freakin idiot being ignored. So it's not the end of the world. You just find yourself a better class of losers to hang out with, says Randy Travis.

I don't think here it is clear people are really mad at granite. I do know what it is like to be shy and to try to join a group of people who know each other. Sometimes, perhaps not always, one has to try a bit, or just be there with them and listen to them for awhile, and attempt little jumps in every so often, until everyone is comfortable with you as well as you with them.

Thanks LC, I saw it on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives made with Dr . Pepper. Decided to try it with Cheerwine instead. I heart that show.
