Part of therapy is fixing your problems and part is learning to live with them.

Wish I knew how it was going to end. I never would have started. The unbearable pain was not worth it.

sometimes it gets worse before it gets better unfortunately. But it does get better if you keep working.

I wish I had known that I would be too afraid to tell you everything, & I would end up pushing you away. I didn't want to...but I couldn't talk about how bad I really felt. You telling me that I'm fine actually made me feel worse.
