He was not replaced. I've got half of someone else. So I am having to cope with reduced staff levels, yes.

Feeling really triggered. Thought I could handle watching Katie. Her topic was Eating Disorders in boys/men. Guess I couldn't. Can't stop crying and now I have to go pick up my kids from school.

Thanks for asking, Mast, and thanks to all the pocket riders.

It went. We covered my two of my most difficult topics and I think in the long run it will be helpful, but I feel pretty awful right now. Leaving work early to go home and play with my horse for a few minutes before it gets dark. T already called and left a message on my voice mail (at my request during session) so I can keep reminding myself during the week that it was okay to have told him these things and he doesn't think I'm gross or horrible.

This T thing is hard, isn't it. Hugs to fellow sufferers. I'm still kind of reeling after my session 13 hours ago (and T did not respond to my txt.)

Goodnight, all.

General question: In a federation (like the US or more specifically Australia), is it true that roads lead up to a state border and stop?

um no.. Hows ealse would get across the border. We used to have different railway line gauges about 100 years ago so passengers used to all have to get off at the border and walk across the border and catch the next train. We have Highway 1 which one continuous road that goes all the way around the coast of Aust.

In the US, no, that's not true CE. Responsibility for maintenance of the road changes though, so there can be dramatic differences in road quality.

The speed limit might change, tho, and the cops are there ready to ticket the people travelling on spring break.

Well, today went better than yesterday. The kids were back to their "normal" selves (which is still pretty "bad") because the teacher was back. Thank goodness...I didn't need another stressful day today.

Had T this morning. T asked when the next time I see pdoc was because she thought she remembered me saying last time it was ina few weeks. I told her I saw him yesterday. She asked how it went. I told her. She commended me on actually saying more than 1 or 2 word answers to him this time and for voicing my concerns. She asked how I felt about switching medications. I said it was going to take some time to accept since I have been on the risperidone for so long and it worked for so long. She asked what he put me on. I told her Latuda. She said she thinks she had heard of it but wasn't sure and asked how to spell it so she could read up on it. Heh! She actually wants to read up on a medication I am on. I mentioned that pdoc thought of Abilify first, then decided against it. She laughed and told me it was the band-aid for everything and was over-prescribed. She commented that they marketed it well.

Latuda is d a m n expensive though. I went to pick up my script today and my copay on it is $70. My pharmacy prints on the med info sheet/guide how much insurance saved you and on the Latuda it said $669 and some change. Holy s h i t. I could never afford that if I didn't have insurance. Even the $70 with insurance will be "tough" but doable. I'll try it and see if it works. If it works with minimal side effects then it might be worth the larger copay each month. I'll just have to weigh things on it. Pdoc did give me samples of Latuda though, since he wanted me starting at a lower dose than what he wrote the script for, but didn't want me to have to pay for 2 different strengths. That was nice of him.

I was also playing around with my insurance estimate the cost calculator and found out that my generic prozac is cheaper if I take 2 pills of a lower strength than 1 pill of my current strength. Odd. I pay $15 a month (copay) for 30 40mg pills since it costs more than my copay. However. 60 20mg pills my insurance says would cost me $4 something. WTF?!? I wonder if I told pdoc this, he would be willing to write the script for 2 20mg a day instead of 1 40mg a day? I did agree to the Latuda even though there is no generic, so maybe he would be willing to do that for me. I go back in a month, so I'll have to ask. Or what the h e l l...I'll email him tonight and ask if he knows why that is and see what he says about writing the script different for next month. It would only save me about $10 a month, but that is $120 a year, so that's 4 tanks of gas. Every little bit adds up.
Thanks for this!

If there's anyone awake, can I ask for pocketriders as I see my T in 3 hrs and I'm shaking and feeling sick already. I feel I've said too much in my previous 2 sessions and feel odd, but strangely relieved, about seeing him now he knows these things.

Hugs to everyone.

Thank you for the hugs earlier. My day/evening turned out okay. My daughters CC banquet turned out well. She got a couple of well deserved awards- we're very proud of her. I didn't stand up or wave my hand when the coach recognized me for my photography for the team, not once, but twice. I just smiled instead. My Ts won't be pleased that I didn't stand, but too bad. After my afternoon of crying, I just couldn't do it. I will talk to my ED t about watching the Katie show and getting triggered when I see her on Thursday. I certainly wasn't expecting that reaction that I got today. Still having it actually.

Thanks for listening.
