My t has 12 clocks. Honestly I feel a little rushed when I struggle to talk.

Jeesh! 12 clocks is almost obsessional! I would feel rushed too, even if it were unconsciously. It would be hard not to pick that up and feel the time was more important than what was actually going on. Sorry that that is the case with you. Therapists should be more aware of the effects of certain things in the setting that might have an impact. Like the kinds of pictures they have or items they have on display.
