After my panic attack last night,(http://forums.psychcentral.com/psych...-just-now.html) i felt the same today and finally gave in and called my therapist. I was worried she was angry with me for my drunk text at the weekend. She said she wasn't angry at all and that it had just made her curious to what was going on with me. She gave me some suggestions for the extreme anxiety and suggested doing 10 min meditations 3 times per day
![]() She's also suggested i up my sessions from 1 x per week to 2 sessions per week to see if that helps, she's even offering a sliding scale for that session but i'm not sure what it'll be. I don't know if i can afford a second session even at a discounted price but it would help so much to go twice a week. I'll see what rate she's offering and see if i can afford to go more often. I feel better for having spoke to her. I wish i'd just done that in the first place instead of trying to be strong and failing miserably.
