I'm not entirety sure but I would estimate around late 20s. I‘m 24 but sometimes I wonder if a larger age gap would make things less awkward in our sessions.

Mid-50's, I think. I do think it would be weird to have a T much younger than me.

Mid 60s, about 30 years older than me. I like that age difference, helps me see her in the maternal sense that I find helpful.

My therapist is about 48 or 49. I am two or three years older. It was strange at first having a younger therapist because all of my other therapists have been quite a bit older than me. I didn't think it would work but most of the time it does.

I'm 41, and Main T is nearing 70.

CBT T is anywhere between 50 and 60--I can't tell because I think he has had hair restoration and I'm pretty sure he dyes what he has.

My therapist is in her late 20's
I once had a T who was in her early 20's, and it was her first job after finishing school. She was good, but I did feel that I couldn't relate to her as well as other T's I've had.

My current T is probably between 60 and 62. The one just prior to her was 63. I'm 52.
