I very grateful it is Friday.
I am grateful my husband is getting to go see his daughters in New Mexico. It's been a long time since he has seen them.
And I'm grateful for the chance to spend the week alone with my dogs.

Today I am grateful for:

- a very good, intimate, and insightful session with my T.
- finally making a step I've been meaning to for a while.
- being told I am loved and a very tight hug.

That I keep plugging away at this. In a big picture way. What's my motivation, in dropping no contact, with her? Not a lot either....grateful to recognize, there's an underlying motive, with her, even if I cannot grasp it...

It's not to get her to like me...that'll never happen...i accept, that angle.

H has done the same awesome thing three nights in a row now (buying hard-to-find books for me and surreptitiously leaving them on my bedside table.) I really don't deserve this.
I am also grateful for bird cherries. They are in full bloom now.

I decided that from today I am going to make an effort every day and think about what I'm grateful for, find something positive out in the world no matter how small and also do something good for others or myself.
Last year was not good for me and I'm dealing with a lot of negative things so it needs to be balanced. And there is one special person who motivated me to say enough is enough! Let's appreciate everyday as much as I can and that person is Amelia ( AmysJourney ) THANK YOU …

So I'm very grateful for being able to get to know such a wonderful and inspiring person as she is. I am learning every day from her and I am starting to feel that letting myself to feel connected with people is something what makes me feel alive! Nothing can ever beat that.

Wish the best for you all

I am so very grateful that I have made the choice not to have children. It is one decision I know I will never regret. And I am grateful to live at a time and in a place where nobody questions that choice.
Thanks for this!

I've been practicing gratefulness for awhile now! It's a great thing to do!!
Today I am grateful:

1) That so soon after finding true forgiveness in my heart for my Mom, she was able to come visit me for 7 days and we had a wonderful visit!
2) For my son
3) For my therapist who has helped me so incredibly much!
4) For the group of friends I have found at my drumming group, beautiful spiritual souls all!
5) for my a/c as it's 100 degrees outside right now.

Having such a wonderful church and church family.

My new pair of sandles that I got completely free! Thanks for the birthday gift card, Mom! You rock!

Watching my boys use their musical gifts today in church.
