For my husband going to the grocery story with a list and it being Sunday. He likes to BBQ on weekends and I enjoy the break.

1) PC people who are the best supportive group one can imagine
2) beautiful bird on the perfectly blue sky which reminded me that even if I cannot be happy in overall, I still can be happy because of small things...
3) T who can listen very well and is very open and always explains everything...

Today I saw my T and had a good session.

Holding hands is part of my therapy now.

Afterwards I went to the lake/beach and it was beautiful.

Today I am grateful for:

My cough is almost all gone.

I painted a picture in the morning, which I'm only semi-pleased with, but I least I did it, and will paint more tonight.

My H went with me to do some genealogy research, which was nice of him.

My son's 19th birthday. We had a nice celebration.

Such a wonderful church choir family.

Sons who are truly close to each other. We are so blessed that way.
