hey I'm teddies, and well I don't really know where to post, I had a caseworker who I loved I'm a female and she was a female, we worked together for 2 years, I became close to her, camping with her family and she was really supportive, she is my worker, but lately she has been distancing herself from me, and it makes me really sad and scared
 and I'm afraid to lose her completely I have a therapist who I love,...but I went to a new therapist and she introduced grief therapy to me, I was 6 when my mommy died, and some SA in childhood...and the therapist told me she cant help me,  because of trauma I have been through...I really really miss my caseworker I feel little when I see her I want her to be my mommy.. I don't know I am needy...I just really want the neediness and anxiety to leave me

can you talk to your caseworker and tell her how you feel? maybe she has something going on in her life and thats causing her to pull away?
also how old are you? hy did you get a new therapist if you liked your old one? |

it's my fault I have been clingy and calling her like 8 times a day, she wants me to be happy and stronger I am 25 I switched because my old one left...
|

I'm trying to understand, you had/have a caseworker who you love, a previous T whom you loved, but she left. You now have a new T who says she can't help you due to your previous trauma, is that right? Is your caseworker a professional counselor in your life or a co-worker?

You went camping with your caseworker? Not professional boundaries at all. I would guess she finally realized that and that is why she pulled away.

I'm a idiot...I'm sorry for posting...it's a long story I just wish my stepmom loved me and I feel so empty inside, but don't worry I will be happy soon and live in a group home, I have disabilities that's why, I been to many therapist my one CBT therapist left and my old therapist left too the one I was seeing for trauma, they keep leaving...
I have one now, but I only have 3 more sessions with her! it makes me anxious...

she is taking me camping this year too...everyone knows she is her boss knows too, is that bad boundaries?
