Side effects of some medication, could be
exhausted from a busy schedule, usually a yawn is a indication of lack of oxygen. So walking and exercising increases blood flow bringing oxygen to the brain.

Thanks everyone. It was difficult to bring it up to her...but I mentioned it today. I told her I was concerned she is too tired, that she may not be listening to me and maybe I had done something to bore her? She was surprised and did not realize she had been yawning. She reassured me she was listening to me and that it was no way my fault. She did admit that she is tired but she shouldn't be as tired in the future since graduation is over. She took it well. She said she was glad I told her. Relieved!

Glad you were able to talk to your T about it!

Funny that this came up actually. At my last session my T was having issues lol. I was the last appointment for the day so I pretty much assumed she was going to be tired. But as soon as I sat down she started sneezing and blowing her nose and her eyes got kinda puffy. She apologized and said that the front office was dusty. I asked if she was allergic to dust and she said yup.

Towards the end of the session she yawned once or twice and she said "Oh, I don't know why I'm so sleepy!"

I had to laugh inside though. She just had an allergic reaction and it was about 5pm. I almost made a comment and was like, dude, get some caffeine. She had just finished drinking from a water bottle. It had to have been a bottle of water that she added a packet of powder to or something. Usually she is drinking coffee or Cherry 7 up (eww) so she was probably in withdrawal. I seriously wanted to buy her a cup of coffee.

I actually expect that she's going to be tired when I see her. Some days I can tell that she looks more tired than others. But I know that she has three young kids with the youngest being just over a year old.

I would be tired too.
