Maybe he wants you to live, and is upset that he hasn't helped you more.

I can imagine he/she is upset that you're unhappy and feeling pain/despair enough to feel this is the answer.
Ya know, many of them really do care.... |

Maybe he/she is just angry at the situation and not you? It is a sign that he/she cares.... otherwise they wouldn't even bother being angry...
