Have you been drinking just now? please, please keep yourself safe. Keep posting and talk it out until you feel better. I want to make sure you are okay before I go to sleep, okay?

How can I help you? I want you to be safe. I understand how bad memories can be. Is there anywhere else you can stay?

No wonder you don't feel safe. Are you in a room where you can lock the door?

when I used to drink, it would only help for a little bit, but things were worse after. drinking won't keep you safe. let's try to find some things that will make you feel safe.

I know how bad memories can be and it certainly doesn't help that you are in that house. You weren't safe from him back then, but you are now. Try to think of something in the present that isn't triggering. Do you have a friend you can call? Please be careful!

Wine is only good when it costs way more than I can afford. Beer makes me sick. Whiskey hurts my stomach really bad with the first shot but after about 10mins, I'm drunk enough to not notice and it just tastes like weak cough syrup and it's okay. So it was okay and u like Benn drink more rush being sober. I'm too focusd Lon waking and talking. So I forget what things are desks abc I get upset
