T and I are trying to work on drawing out repressed anger and integrating anger. I'm finding that it's difficult to stay 'even'.

I'm sorry if I've been snarky or angry in any of my posts recently. I'm going to take a break from here for a while, but i'll be back.

Wishing everyone good therapies.

Ya know, we can handle some anger, even a bit misplaced. All girst for the mill. Hope you don't feel you have to take a break to spare us, no need imho!
Thanks for this!

Repressed anger is a b-word!! I've been working with that as well. It makes me very cranky.

A little snark keeps the board vibrant. You don't need to protect us! While it has occasionally gotten out of control in some threads, I think that respectful, non-malicious confrontation and questioning (not just of others, but of oneself) make the conversations interesting and worthwhile. It is nice to have one's pain met with empathy but I feel more engaged and learn more when threads move to the next level.

Im sorry if i made you feel unsafe when i called that blogger t a wack job. We had a person here on pc a few years back who seemed to be dealing with exactly such a t - the t would disappear, and the client didnt know what was happening. It was very hard on her, and on us. So then to read it from the t's perspective, after having lived it, however vicariously, from the client's side - yeah, i was judgmental. But that is the story behind it.

I will miss you skies. I think that anger can be productive sometimes...have you tied to connect to the things or things that you think you are angry about?
