Hate it when I told in my mind whole story about things I think I must talk at therapy but when session comes I can't say anything and just waste my money and time and my mind is empty, I have no thoughts.
So I stay with my issues and hate myself for not talking about it. I have been writing texts but time showed me that it wasnt helpful, maybe it helped me a little bit that I email or text my T at the moment but I know and also my T says that I have to talk about it not just write it down. |

Can you write it down and try to read it to t? I tend to babe similar difficulties trying to find my voice in therapy. I write tons down between sessions (in detail because my mind goes very blank in session), and I either give it to her or try to read it. Sometimes the reading helps jumpstart my thoughts. Other times I can't read it so just give it to t.

My T doesn;t like if I do it. Maybe it's because I wrote down too much and time runs out and we can't discuss it. |
