I've noticed you speak a lot about therapy concentrating on being in control and not letting therapists control things. Hopefully I'm not misreading that, and I'm newer here, so apologies if I missed a post where you talk about this, but...

How do you feel about your therapists? Lots of people here have what can only be described as "warm and fuzzies" for their T and a desire for more contact, caring etc etc.

Do you enjoy the therapy you do? (and if not, what do you get out of it?)

I am curious (as I always am when this topic arises) to see how many others want the complete opposite of what would make it better for me.
