Hankster, every so often I randomly remember in the middle of the day that your motivation to lose weight is to leave your body to the medical school when you die and I sort of giggle inside a little. Some people picture a little black dress, some people picture sitting comfortably on a plane, some people picture being dissected.

Hey whatever it takes to keep you motivated! It's all good.

Speaking of healthy things, the grocery store near my house has started selling prewashed kale cut into little ribbons in cellophane bags. I know if I were a crunchy purist I'd buy it all gritty in long bunches and rinse it three times and pat it all dry but that's just too much work right now. This is so easy that I now eat kale all the time. I even miss it when I run out.
Thanks for this!

I love the confusion of units on Mythbusters. Once they dropped baseballs from a specific number of inches and measured the rebound in centimetres.

So I decided to take some time for myself today. I left the kids home with my husband, grabbed my laptop and work notebook, and headed to the local coffee place. Just sitting here. I finished most of what I could. Now I just need to test print it at home and see if I set the spreadsheet to the right dimensions. Well... And I still need to add the formulas, but I will do that last.

Now I am just chilling. Not quite ready to go home yet. I guess I have as long as my battery will last. I am tethered to my cell phone so it is charging off my laptop. One battery goes up and one goes down.

This table is missing a foot... so it is wobbly. So I need to keep one foot on the left to keep the table balanced. Since I can't sit without shaking one of my legs constantly, it is awkward.
