What is with the "friends list" thing in the profile page? Does that do anything?

I have our couch! Who needs anonymous internet love anyway!

I meant IRL, like my voice is the tree that falls in the forest when there's nobody around. I talk, the kids/coworkers/rest of the damn world just hears wind whistling.

Ah well, when I really need to be heard I can come here.

And ITA if anyone ignores SD they are seriously missing out!
Thanks for this!

Why do cartoon people have only 3 fingers?

There is a setting in your options that lets only your friends send you PMs.

She keeps him well fed? I'm sorry, but to me that sounds like your T lives in the 1950s...

lol!

My husband goes through phases of either stuffing his face with anything in sight or being more responsible with what he eats. It depends how lazy he is. Presently, he is in lazy mode so stuffing his face daily.

Well, yes, I do that too. I hadn't connected it to being lazy, but that's probably what it is.

Well, for him if he is lazy he doesn't take the time to pack a lunch for work. Instead he ends up at the fast food buffet. Or if he's home and doesn't feel like cooking from scratch he just nukes something out of the freezer which is typically unhealthy. Snacks are usually junk rather than something better... All depends if he feels lazy. Currently, he's in lazy mode.

I'm in "I need to lose weight so I'll eat well, and if i don't have time then I likely won't eat" mode. Or in the case of last night "I need a snack... Hmm vodka and OJ sounds delicious." lol

Yeah, it turns out I'm also I'm not invited to her birthday. I'm guessing Hankster isn't either. Oh well we can just sulk together on the couch. Or cahoot!

Bad dream. I think I need to address an issue I originally wasn't planning on addressing. However, over the last week it keeps coming up. Ugh. Dread.

Thanks growlycat. To be fair, I did suggest in so many words that the poster was on her high horse. I kind of meant to be funny but she was terribly offended and even got the moderator to erase my post. The irony of course is that she only underlined my point that she was being self righteous and superior by getting so buttsore.

Someone on my ignore list once posted a note on my wall (or whatever it's called) asking why I am ignoring them. I ignored that, too.

I always love rage!quits or when people post a message like, "Everyone hates me so I'm just going to leave! You all are children!" I see that on FB sometimes in certain groups. I'm like, dude, just leave. I've decided I don't like groups so I just go. I think I've only ever put one person on my ignore list here. But in general, I just skip over something I don't like.

Maybe he does... LOL No in all seriousness, I just know she does the cooking in their house and he's commented on her cooking before. Context helps

Tomorrow is my son's birthday.. So, yesterday we took 8 kids plus 6 adults snow tubing. Then, fed them pizza and cake. My son had fun.. But I am dead tired! Pulling kids in tubes, being outside all day, having to be "on" all day.. I would love to hide from the world today, but I can't! Church, costume drop off at dance studio, some shopping, and book club awaits today! Ahhhhhh!

Thanks for the feedback! My t repeated it back to me a few times too! I think its a new genre - climate change humor. Its kind of weird to think of setting those limits. Or maybe its just taking the bus when im old humor idk!

If I only did therapy when it was above 0 there are a lot of days I wouldn't do therapy LOL.

I need to clean out a whole floor of my house. It has been used as the place where we store everything and it is a disaster.
