No hitting of any type. Go to your happy place in your head.

I am a glutton for punishment...

You know those irrational alarms that go off in your head...blaring...making you physically ill even...

I'M IGNORING THEM!

Instead I've decided too listen to the wise mind. Very frightening thing to do.

I always found my male clients who were in prison or jail assumed a female attorney was going to respond to them in a somewhat unrealistic fashion. I had one tell me I needed to treat him like a woman would treat a man instead of how I was doing it "Why are you being all like a man at me, Ms. X? You need to be treating me like a woman is supposed to treat a man. You need to be nice to me"

LOL I love that Snape GIF. I wish one could post GIFs on FB. There are more than a few posts from people I would use that on...

Today, I laid in bed for thirty minutes and stared at the ceiling.

I think my depression is actually getting worse. To tell T or not to tell T, that is the question. Probably because there's not much he can do as I am generally ornery about his attempts to help.

I feel very lonely. H is going to be away all weekend, leaving tomorrow morning (Friday, that is - it is currently Thursday evening here) and returning on Sunday evening. I can't wait. Does that make me a bad person? It's just so hard to cope with the loneliness. It is so much easier when I am actually alone.

I'm sick, really sick, probably exhaling virus particles on everyone and everything. My mind is spiraling downward into dark thoughts and unpleasant memories. It's probably the flu. %$#^! Sorry, I need the couch badly. If you want to push me off, better bring disinfectant with you.

Good for you, RTS.. I did that twice this week, I heard my rational self snap my irrational self back into place and I was like woah... where did that come from!!

It's the middle of winter and my kindergarteners are antsy to get out and run.. It's been below zero a lot since we've come back to school after Christmas break. So, tomorrow we are playing outside. Lord help me, 15 little ones to dress in snow pants, gloves, boots, hats. It better be worth it.. They have been going crazy this week, wiggling around like little worms!!

I just watched someone destroy their own community while talking about how it was going to evolve into bigger and better things. Pretty sure it's dying because boss-person was too busy trying to please everyone.

Thats interesting - amazing to me, actually - that they have expectations of niceness from a female. Thats not my world. Thanks, mom

They have expectations of being allowed to walk all over women, and they get right pissed when you try to give them a reality check. Ask me how I know...

Oh, and ftr, women are supposed to be nice to men, but nasty to other women.

I did not know that. (Quite seriously, if somebody were to tell me I was supposed to behave like a woman ought to behave to a man, I would have no idea what was expected of me. Unless it had to do with sexual favours which is something no person of any gender would ever ask of me.)

Oh yeah, divide and conquer. I've known some seriously manipulative men... Worked with more than a few and married one. And they say women are the manipulators. Sheesh. Pull the other one...

With words and T I have certain words which try to strangle and coke me when I try to say them. My T has said its ok I'm probably not ready, but if these words affect me as in panic attacks (unhug to SD, I fordot earlier) doesn't that mean I'm ready?

No, no, you didn't upset me Mast! It's just a subject I get a bit passionate about.
