I see blue and black. The actual dress is blue and black apparently. It's something with the lighting in the photo that makes it white and gold to some (most?) people. Weird sh^t is weird.

It changed on me once...it went from a dark blue & black to a very light blue & tan!

Okay, that's beyond weird. When I saw it earlier it was blue and black. Now it's white and gold.

I found a link to a video with the designer of the dress and in the video I think she's wearing the dress and it is clearly black and blue. I think the confusion has to do with the way the still image was photographed.

This is useful (I just scanned it and am going back to read the whole thing now)...and it does say once it the photo is run thru photoshop that the dress may actually be blue and orange!  ETA: But based on lolagrace's posting, not if the designer says it's blue and black, ha.

So something that t said yesterday... during our talk, she said that I haven't had "the termination dream" yet. I didn't ask her what that meant, because I'm pretty certain that she wouldn't TELL me anyway, so as to not influence my dreams in any way. But now I'm sitting here wondering what in the sam hill "the termination dream" is?! I'm assuming one thing, that I'll KNOW if/when I have it. She said it like it was some known term, or something, so of course me being me, I started googling it last night trying to find information. Haven't found anything. So maybe she made it up, I don't know. Any ideas out there? Although maybe I should just stop thinking about it and let it come naturally if it is going to. Hmmm.
I do think that if I were 20 years younger, I would already be back in school to become a t. I am so fascinated by this work. |

That dress thing is so weird. I've only looked at it on my actual computer, and it looks absolutely blue and black to me. My dumb phone won't open the link lol or else I'd try tilting the phone at different angles.
