I guess what I'm looking for is, how do people know when they offended of hurt someone if they're not hit over the head with it, and what works best to try to rectify it?

thanks guys . I think my T is usually not so pushy . if this is trauma T I don't know if this is what I need . it confused me . in fact these days a lot with her confuses me . I think she is pushing me and im not reacting well .or maybe I am and just don't like it .I don't know.

I like my T. She's great. I'm less of a mess. Actually I feel quite put together so I'm going to milk this for all its worth while it lasts.
