Alright, time to go wash these kids. Maybe I might find some brain bleach while I'm at it...

I think I'll stay away from this whole 34 and LSG thing. Don't know what it is but I think it's best to not find out...

I REALLY need and want to go to bed. I have to get up early for a recheck appointment with my ortho doc ( broke my ankle about a month ago).
Unfortunately my pet raccoon is in my pet parrot's cage. She likes to eat the fold he tosses on the floor ( which is almost everything because he is so picky). iI can't get her to come out of the cage even with a bribe of oreos. Which means I can't put the parrot to bed. Which means I can't put myself to bed....sigh

Train going by. I really like trains for some unknown reason. It seems most people find them annoying...

I used to volunteer at a train yard and was learning to operate the steam locomotive before we moved. I love trains. Always have, always will.

I have got to find a way to get this fight/flight after effect down. Evertime the dogs move I wake up on high alert.

Thats getting to be a long time. Are you having chest tightness? I would look for something with a diuretic effect, thats what they always do on the tv shows. And have some aspirin to dissolve any blood clots. I was in a state myself last week when the bus was 20 minutes late for my evening pdoc appointment, then that night i got my bridal shower invitation - the next morning at ts my chest was still tight, but i told him im already taking all possible heart attack meds. Nitroglycerin would just blow me up. Maybe take a bath in epsom salts? Float a little with your feet up.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I tried the epsom salts thing earlier today. I should have canceled the therapist because it jacks it up every week on its own and I know the woman is useless when I try to tell her about this sort of thing. And she was totally worthless and she failed to remain silent which added to her failure -the woman says the most pointless things. Chest tightness, head rush, dry mouth, sweaty palms, racing pulse and so on.

Drink some beer? Or a wine cooler. Those were like INSTANT diuretics for me. I dont know how they were ever so popular! And put a steamy hot towel on your face - i did that today, those old barbershops had the right moves.
