No need for sorries Mast. Sometimes you just need to let stuff out. The couch is the right place for it, we've all been there at one time or another

I had Plans for today... Yeah... Instead I have two sick kids. Yay.
On the up side I had a Serious Talk with the seven year old about her dad. She said some things that surprised me, but made me feel a whole lot better about my decisions moving forward...

Hey Red!!

i figured out what was causing all the ads to pop up everywhere. some adware thing called cinema-p i think it was. the uninstaller wouldn't even remove it, I had to find and remove all the files from it manually. i don't know how in the world it got on my laptop but my guess is my son installed some "free" thing that he neglected to tell me about. I may start hiding my laptop before I go to work!

No - it is crazy easy.
Recipe: Homemade Honey Lemon Cough Drops with Ginger

I am also big on drinking apple cider vinegar with honey, cayenne pepper and cinnamon when I have caught something off of airplanes.

Hankster, you also need some of SD's throat drops!

SD, I think you should try a version with alcohol in them, ha. Bourbon drops!

Here is another one that uses essential oils - and because honey loses the good stuff from heating - you can substitute maple syrup for it.

Or just throw a slug of American Honey in some tea with ground cloves and cinnamon.

I am trying to find this article I read that gave examples of client responses that would indicate whether the therapy was being effective or not.

Just when you think T does not care he said that it was distressing to watch me in such distress over the past 6 months. He also jokingly asked me to tell my moods to behave themselves as it takes me 6 months generally to fully recover from an episode.

ok so it's been 2.5 years since I've been in the same room with my t - and now I'm going to be seeing her in person again in 12 days. This is what she has said, anyway. Funny how I have trusted her so much in the past 3.5 years, but I don't think I actually believe that she will be here and I will see her in person again. She said she'll be in town to "tie some things up" and that we can meet while she's here. Either I don't believe her to prevent myself from feeling hurt if she doesn't come, or I believe her that she intends to come but it doesn't really matter one way or the other. Oh who am I kidding, here. I really want to see her one last time!!!! Wish I could have let myself TELL her that last week. Even though she has said we are on an as-needed basis now, I still feel like I'm saying goodbye...
