Au contraire, ma cherie!

I have realised that I'm on a pretty cushy number and have no desire to leave.

Thanks for remembering!

Nah. Though I sometimes wondered if he'd been the inspiration for the Seinfeld junior mints episode.

(If you don't know the episode, two of the characters are watching a surgery, one is eating Junior Mints, and drops some into the patient.)

I took a humor writing seminar from the writer of the Fusilli Jerry episode.

Madame T has some curious qualifications for a therapist, being unable to fix a relationship or see things from my point of view.

I don't know the woman, but from what I've heard, I bet she would probably say your standards are too high.

Are you going to get a response to these letters?

I have to admit, that was partly a setup - i wanted to see how you were gonna explain THAT episode!! Tee hee hee!!

Eta - but he really did teach my seminar. And his point was, he used truth in his story telling.

Time will tell. I rather think so.

She's trying to deny me closure , so she keeps the door half open.

I am really not very good with anger. Whenever I manage to come face to face with it, I automatically distract myself. I'm doing it right now by writing this and analyzing rather than feeling. It's like I can't not...
I am so soooo angry too... It's a little frightening. I honestly feel like I want to hurt someone. And my kids and my cats are on the front lines...

I went into T's office to pay one of the outstanding invoices and I was bit angry but the waiting room was full of people ad I didn't want to cause a scene so then I came home I was so angry all I wanted to do was sleep, so I have slept half the day but I feel better. I don't see why he couldn't have posted the damn thing to me and I could paid it over the internet and then posted him back the receipt. Instead I had to travel for a 90 second transaction.

Um...the episode is about two bodily orifices, one of which is used for an intended purpose, which upsets Jerry, and the other of which is used inadvertently for a painful, not-intended purpose, which upsets Frank?

How'd I do?

I'm confused (may have missed something somewhere). Why couldn't you call and take care of the payment or mail him a payment?

I still don't know I didn't get a chance to ask him about it, between people in the waiting and my reluctance to cause a scene. I suspect that because Iwas irritable when he rang to arrange a n alternte appoin\tment he may be checking on my mood as it is several weeks before I can see him again. Or it may be that he sucks so much at billing that any change iin the procedure would throw him out.

Yes - right now my puppy's favorite game is to grab the remote control when I am in the bathroom and run outside using the dog door with it in his mouth.
I am so thick I keep forgetting to put it up high when I go to bed. It is the first thing he checks on when I let him out of his crate in the morning.

Another draft:

Dear Couples Counsellor (Madame T under another hat!)

My relationship with Madame T is a disaster. Do you see any hope for us?
What is your advice to me?
What is your advice to her?

And if there really is no hope, can you help me get closure by explaining what went wrong?

(Cheque enclosed)
